Aaron brings over 25 years of experience building organizations and leading high-performing teams. In 2003, Aaron founded StrataCore and grew it to 54 people. In 2022, he completed a majority asset sale and “retired” so he could focus full-time on moving safe psychedelic care forward.
In 2024, Aaron founded the Coalition for Better Community Health (BCH) to legalize clinical and supervised psychedelic care (Washington State bill #SB 5201). This Coalition represents numerous stakeholder groups, politicians, and experts, and Aaron is the largest capital funder in Washington State.
For community service, Aaron works with war refugees who supported our troops. In these efforts, Aaron recently hosted an Afghan family in his home for 14 months. Aaron is also active in local politics and has moderated debates between Seattle mayoral candidates twice.
In 2024, Aaron completed a one-week, hands-on psychedelic facilitator practicum training. A Seattle native, Aaron earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from Whitman College and, in 2019, completed a one-year Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
