Mission Within Foundation raises funds to provide financial assistance for Veterans and First Responders to attend psychedelic-assisted therapy retreats at The Mission Within. Our goal is to remove financial barriers and support those struggling with PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, and other mental health challenges.
How does Mission Within Foundation differ from The Mission Within along with other clinics?
The Mission Within is the organization that runs the psychedelic therapy retreats, while Mission Within Foundation is a nonprofit that raises funds to help Veterans and First Responders afford these life-changing treatments.
Who is eligible for funding?
We provide financial assistance to Veterans and First Responders who are struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, or service-related trauma. Each application is reviewed to ensure those most in need receive support.
Does the funding cover the entire cost of the retreat?
Yes, our funding is designed to cover the full cost of attending a Mission Within retreat, including preparation, the retreat experience, and post-treatment integration support.
What types of psychedelic therapy retreats do you fund?
We fund two types of retreats at Mission Within:
- Psilocybin & 5-MeO-DMT Retreats (4-week preparation, 4-day retreat, 10-week meditation training, and 12 psychedelic integration therapy sessions).
- Ibogaine & 5-MeO-DMT Retreats (4-week preparation, 5-day retreat, 10-week meditation training, and 12 psychedelic integration therapy sessions).
How do these psychedelic treatments help with PTSD and trauma?
Research has shown that psychedelics like Psilocybin, 5-MeO-DMT, and Ibogaine can help rewire the brain, reduce symptoms of PTSD, and promote emotional healing. These treatments are provided in a structured and medically supervised setting.
